How to Order
To place your order, simply choose the colour and size from the drop down option box. You do not need to decide the design at this stage. The images shown, which are all previous customers' designs, are simply for inspiration.
After placing your order, contact us with your breed/ animal combination choice, or even photos of your pet, and we will create your personalised design for you!
You can also choose to personalise the design of the centre bone for no extra cost - have a look at our images of various previous orders for ideas!
We will create a mock up design for your approval first, to ensure you are completely happy with your design before it is made up and despatched to you. Please do allow sufficient time for us to create your perfect design for you. This will typically take 5 working days subject to how many requests for changes are made.

- Each character is positioned separately: the clock does not arrive in one piece. This allows you to change the arrangement should you wish.
- Use the compass-style ruler included to assist with positioning the characters.
- The clock hangs via picture hook.
- Peel off the backing strips and attach each character to your wall.
- Whilst highly adhesive, the characters are removable and reusable, and will not damage your wall.
- Peel off the thin transparent protective paper film from the front of each character.
- The clock casing runs on one AA (1.5V) battery (not included). Please do not use rechargeable batteries.
