COVID-19 Updates

Due to the global pandemic, many international deliveries are currently subject to border closures, customs delays, reduced cargo freight numbers, and reduced staffing levels at all points of the delivery chain. 

 

Face masks are particularly subject to a high level of scrutiny and additional processing procedures at customs level in order to ensure they meet international standard and safety (which ours do),  causing additional delays.

 

 

We are keeping this page regularly updated to reflect the changes notified to us throughout this difficult time. The information here should be read in conjunction with our Shipping Policy for completeness.

 

 

 

Despatch Times

 

In order to adhere to safety guidelines, we have needed to modify our production processes to limit the number of team members working at one time. We also pause frequently to sanitise our working areas. These production adjustments mean some orders are experiencing slight delays in the despatch times.

 

We may need to allow an additional 1-2 days to the despatch times stated in our Shipping Policy from time to time accordingly. 

 

Shipping Durations

 

Please understand that there may be delays to the international postal networks during this difficult time. Whilst we do our very best to provide delivery estimates within our shipping policy, these may be subject to change at any time following government/ postal service announcement. We would always advise that you check with your domestic postal service website to see if there are any current restrictions in place accordingly. The shipping durations given within our shipping policy, and reproduced below, are guides/ estimates only.

 

Our current (April 2021) estimated shipping durations are as follows: 

 

UK:  10 - 15 days

Europe: 10 - 20 days 

USA: 10 - 30 days

Canada: 10 - 25 days

Australia: 5 - 20 days

New Zealand: 15 - 25 days

Asia: 10 - 30 days

 

**As Australia and NZ have currently closed their borders there may be some additional delays. Please check the Australia Post/ NZ Post websites for further information. Western Australia is currently unaffected.

All references to 'days' means business days. 

  

Sorting/Delivery Office Delays 

Some domestic sorting offices remain subject to delays due to working restrictions in place to ensure the safety of their workforce. Orders may therefore take a while to be scanned and processed when arriving in the destination country.  We understand this can be concerning. Please rest assured parcels will still arrive, even to countries which have closed their borders, but there may be some delays as a result of these working restrictions.

 

Can I Still Contact Customer Services?

Yes! We are still working throughout this pandemic. Indeed, our small team is working 7 days a week, and has been throughout.  

It does help greatly if you remember to kindly add your order number to your query. If you cannot locate this, please check your spam folder for the date upon which you placed your order. Alternatively, please kindly use the email address with which you placed the order so we can locate it that way.
